Mindfulness During Challenging Times - Free Virtual Course
Join Billie-Lynn Hillis for this four-part online course designed to explore mindfulness and how it can support us during challenging times.
This course will include weekly check-in and group support, guided meditations, grounding practices, mindful movement and presented themes all intended to help participants establish a foundational meditation practice.
Themes will include: -Cultivating more compassion and letting go of deeply rooted patterns that no longer serve us -Calming the mind and disempowering habitual reactions -Allowing space for all that arises in our experience and letting go of resistance to the present moment
The course format will involve presentation of the material, a guided practice and time for group discussion and questions.
This course is intended to learn mindfulness practices but also to foster community at a time when social connection is more crucial than ever.
